Rangpur play as a team in BPL, says Safwan Sobhan

Bashundhara Group Vice-Chairman and Rangpur Riders Managing Director Safwan Sobhan Tasvir has said that Rangpur Riders played as a team in the Bangladesh Premier League T20 tournament, which concluded on Tuesday.


He made the remarks while talking to BPL commentator Gautam Bhimani during the grand finale between Rangpur Riders and Dhaka Dynamites at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the capital on Tuesday.
Safwan Sobhan attributed the win of Rangpur Riders mainly to the brilliance captaincy of Mashrafe Mortaza, who also displayed all-round performances with bowling, batting and fielding.

“Mashrafe played very well over the BPL. He is a great player. He gave quality time for the team and tried to organise the team in every side,” Safwan Sobhan said.
